Leeming is a predominantly “white collar” suburb located about 17km south of the Perth central business district. This is about a 20-30 minute drive down the Kwinana Freeway (exit at Farrington Road, or alternatively South Street or Roe Highway). Leeming is also accessible by public transport, and is conveniently positioned next to Murdoch Station.

Willetton, sometimes affectionately known to locals as Willo, is a Perth suburb about 16km south of the central business district. Named after early settler Henry Willett, who was assigned land in a nearby area in 1832, Willetton’s present boundaries were established in the mid-1960s and opened to residents in the 70s. Today it is a predominantly middle class, white collar area with a mixed ethnic population and good facilities for families.

Historical, yet youthful. South Perth is an affluent riverside suburb in Perth with significant ties to the city’s past while being simultaneously blessed with modern attractions. On the northern edge of South Perth lies Perth Water, a section of the Swan River between the Narrows Bridge and the Causeway traffic crossings.

Bull Creek (also written as Bullcreek) is a white collar southern suburb of Perth about 15km from the city, roughly a 20 minute drive down Kwinana Freeway (exit at South Street) or an easy train ride down the Mandurah line. Bull Creek was first developed during the 1960s and 70s and named after early settler Henry Bull.
Bull Creek isn’t wild or fancy but it typifies the homey suburban lifestyle that attracts families to the area and is equipped with everything you need.

Mount Hawthorn is a cosmopolitan inner-city suburb of Perth located only a few kilometres from the city centre.
Situated in the Town of Vincent, it is in good company and shares the council region with the equally groovy suburbs of Leederville, Highgate, Mount Lawley, North Perth and parts of Perth, East Perth and West Perth.
Mount Hawthorn was first developed in the late 1800s and although it is sometimes overshadowed by its sister suburbs Leederville and Mount Lawley, it still has enough attractions to offer visitors to the area.
